All products are shipped from ALTA directly to our New York Warehouse Location destination. The final Shipping charge will reflect only our shipment cost which is added to your order total. We request that when you place your order you take the shipping lead time from our OEM Product Distributor and/or Supplier in to consideration in determining your expected date of receipt.
All shipments are fully insured, and we will replace any damaged items returned in their original packaging at no charge to you. This includes the shipping, and handling charges to replace the damaged goods.
We use USPS Surface Mail as our delivery carrier.
Currently the average shipping time from your Order Date is 5 to 10 days unless otherwise specifyed at the time of your selection of our shipping carrier.
Your Order shipment arival date and final shipping cost depends on your destination location and can be obtained from USPS web site.
Special Delivery Air Carrier shipments are more expensive, but if your Order must be at your destination as quickly as possible then this would be recommended. Please call +516 932-7378 for a quote of the cost for Special Delivery shipping and Next Day shipment required Orders.
The FINAL SHIPPING CHARGES adjustment will be reflected on your Order and Invoice Status Notification you will receive in the email after your Order has been forwarded for processing to our Shipping department.
The Credit Card BILLING: The Credit Card Charge receipt and statement will show BCA Consulting Group as the Payment request account and NOT USMINIClub.com or ALTA
How do I return something to USMiniClub.com?
Return for an exchange or refund will be allowed only within 7 calendar days from the date of the shipment receipt and must be authorized by USMiniClub Shop prior to return of the shipment. (If applicable the manufacturer warranty to repair or replace the item is still in effect.) See warranty stipulations included with each item for more details) Contact our offices via telephone or e-mail to obtain RMA# prior to returning any merchandise. This number MUST appear on the outside of all boxes returned. If the RMA# is not visible on the outside of the box it will be refused at the dock. ABSOLUTELY NO EXCEPTIONS! Any refused shipment sent back to USMiniClub Shop does not constitute the right to a refund or credit. It is the customers responsibility to make all arrangements with USMiniClub Shop for the shipment prior to its refusal. All authorized returned merchandise must be unused and in its original saleable packaging. No returns or exchanges on merchandise that shows signs of having been opened, installed, modified, mounted, scratched or defaced will be allowed. Returns must be sent freight prepaid and insured by you. A refund or exchange will not be considered until all relevant items, hardware, and accessories have been returned to USMiniClub Shop. Original shipping and handling charges are not refundable. All custom entry fees and duty associated with any return or exchange will be charged to the customer. A photocopy of your invoice showing the invoice number must accompany your return along with a written explanation and a contact phone number where we may reach you. It is the responsibility of the customer/installer to verify the correctness of the size and application of the parts before installation.
NOTE: A 20% restocking fee will be assessed on all authorized returns in addition to any original shipping fees. Any return credits or refunds are processed on the last business day of each month. Please allow additional 12-14 working days for credit card refunds to post to your account.
Shortage claims must be made within 5 working days of receipt date. All claims for damaged merchandise must be made with the carrier. Please keep all shipping cartons and all packing materials for carrier inspection. USMiniClub Shop cannot initiate any claims with the carrier. All approved refunds will be paid by company check, credit card, or account credit which is to be determined by USMiniClub Shop.
You may request a return RMA# authorization if Item is in new condition with original packaging and accessories, Item does not meet expectations, Item was received damaged or defective, and or if Incorrect item was shipped to you.
We strongly recommend that you inspect any shipment package to observe any broken parts noise before you open it! This pertains especially if you ordered ALTA Rally Lights or related products. Refuse the package and return it while the delivery person is still present at your door.
We'll also provide free return shipping if your return is the result of our error. We're sorry, but we do not accept returns of opened or used items or items returned more than 7 calendar days after delivery. Specially denoted NON-Returnable Products or Product not including the required RMA# will be refused.
If you do not have any questions regarding your return, simply click here to print a return shipping label. Follow the instructions for affixing the label and leave the package with your mail carrier.
If your return is not the result of our error, the shipping costs associated with your return will be deducted from the amount of the credit or refund. Once your return has been received, a credit or refund will be issued within 30 days and an e-mail confirmation will be sent.

A Customer Care specialist will reply to your message providing you with our RA# (Return Authorization) and, if necessary, send you shipping instructions for returning the item(s). All returned packages MUST INCLUDE RA# (Return Authorization) on the Shipping Label!
